RETURN & REFUND POLICY (AYNI)



All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.


Due to the nature of our products (spiritual, personal, and handmade items), we are unable to accept returns once an order has been processed.


However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.


We are not responsible for:


  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
